At our nutrition clinic, Body Balancing Nutrition, we’ve supported hundreds of women through the messy, confusing, often overwhelming rollercoaster of perimenopause and menopause. We’ve seen the exhaustion, the brain fog, the stubborn weight gain, the sleepless nights, and the “is this just how it is now?” despair.
We’ve also seen what happens when women get the right support: they feel strong, focused, and like themselves again — sometimes for the first time in years.
And truthfully? We’re both living it too. Every day in perimenopause is an adventure. Some days we’re crushing deadlines and chasing goals. Other days we’re just trying to remember why we even walked into this room😆.
But here’s the truth we’ve come to know: menopause is not the end of anything. It’s the beginning of something powerful.

With a background in law, strategic leadership, and not-for-profit management, she brings a mix of straight-talking compassion and practical know-how to her coaching — helping women feel seen, heard, and empowering them to take control of their midlife with clarity and confidence.
Maria
is a Wellness Specialist, Group Coaching Facilitator (Cert III), and Personal Trainer (Cert IV), with over a decade of experience supporting women through lifestyle change. As Co-Owner of Body Balancing Nutrition, she helps women take practical, powerful action to feel stronger, more energised, and more connected to themselves.
